All items will be wrapped very well in recycled wrap and put in a smaller branded box before being placed in the shipping box, to avoid damage from rough handling, and most of the time the pottery arrives safe and sound to the receiver. It is high quality pottery made from exceptional clay bodies, it can therefor withstand some bumps.

Guarantee!   If something still should arrive broken or damaged, please let me know by no later than 7 days after receipt and I will take care to send you a replacement as soon as possible, or give you a refund should you prefer. 

Dispatch costs:

The shipping costs are depending on the weight of your order and destination:

The UK: £6.50 up to 8 kg and £12.70 over 10 kg. All parcels will be sent insured and require signature upon receipt.

EU-countries: £10 for parcels up to 2 kg, £18 for 2-5kg, £22 for 5-10kg and £26 euro above 10 kg.

Europe, but outside EU: £14 for parcels up to 2 kg, £19 for 2-5kg, £24 for 5-10 kg and £32 for parcels over 10 kg.

World: £24 for parcels up to 2 kg, £32 for 2-5 kg, £49 for 5-10kg and £79 for parcels above 10 kg.
